Our Philosophy

Campaigns move fast. Public facing work is hard. The right message still matters.

Marchetti & Co. was built for candidates, organizations, and leaders who need more than a vendor list. They need someone who can understand the goal, see what is missing, and help turn scattered pieces into clear, effective communications.

We care about the work because outcomes matter. A strong message can raise money, earn trust, move people, and give a campaign or organization the footing and legitimacy it needs to grow.

We are practical, direct, and deeply invested in helping clients communicate well.

Integrity is at the heart of what we do. Whether that means telling hard truths, offering transparent pricing, or recommending only what a client actually needs, every piece of the work should serve the larger goal.

That is the standard we bring to every project:

Clear message, honest guidance, and work that moves things forward.

Monica Marchetti

Monica is the founder and principal of Marchetti & Co., a communications and campaign infrastructure firm built for campaigns, advocacy organizations, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses that need clear messaging and steady execution.

Monica is often brought in when the pieces are moving quickly, the message needs to get sharper, and someone needs to turn scattered ideas into public-facing communications that work. Her background spans political communications, grassroots organizing, nonprofit leadership, legal operations, and public affairs, giving her a rare ability to understand both the strategy and the pressure behind the work.

She founded Marchetti & Co. after years of helping candidates, organizations, and community leaders with the things they needed most: messaging, websites, fundraising communications, public statements, social media, branding, and campaign materials. What began as side projects became a firm built around a simple standard: communications should be clear, honest, useful, and tied to the larger goal.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Monica is known for her practical judgment, strong writing, and ability to bring order to messy, high-pressure moments. She helps clients find the message, build the tools, and keep moving.

Outside of client work, Monica serves on the University Place Economic Development Advisory Council and stays involved in community and nonprofit projects. She lives in University Place with her husband and their Alaskan Malamute, Elli.

Trent Marchetti

Trent serves as Finance Director at Marchetti & Co., supporting the firm and its clients with the financial and operational systems that keep projects organized and moving.

With experience in tax office operations, skilled trades, and business administration, Trent brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to his work. He is often the person behind the spreadsheet, invoice tracker, contract log, budget outline, or internal system that helps turn messy information into something clear and usable.

At Marchetti & Co., Trent supports client work through invoicing coordination, contract tracking, reporting, spreadsheet development, and project organization. His work helps ensure that details are accounted for, deadlines are easier to manage, and clients have the structure they need to make informed decisions.

Known for his precision, reliability, and problem-solving mindset, Trent brings order to the pieces that can otherwise slow a project down.

When he's not buried in spreadsheets, Trent can usually be found working on a project for his wife, solving problems he didn't create, or enjoying a quiet evening at home.
